Goods return rules

Dear customers, We hereby inform you that following changes to the procedures dictated by the various suppliers, we have updated and adapted our currently used returns management system, which we describe in detail as follows.

All returns sent to the office where the goods were purchased must:

  1. Be shipped within the established deadlines, in a closed box suitable for preserving the integrity of the contents,
  2. Be accompanied by the relative DDT, made out to the company from which the goods were purchased, quoting the progressive number and date of our sales document for each returned code and completed returns form, taking care to fill in one for each return category (Non-compliant , returned to Supplier, Carcass, Defective)

 

NB: RETURNS WITHOUT BOX, IN ENVELOPE, WITHOUT REASON, TAMPERED OR DAMAGED THEY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.


Conditions and terms according to the return category:

NON-COMPLIANT RETURN / RETURN TO SUPPLIER (WRONG ORDER):

The return as "non-compliant or returned to supplier for incorrect order" must be accompanied by the "Acceptance of goods mod. 8.4-5” completed in the appropriate section and returned no later than 10 (ten) working days from the date of the sales DDT. In case of return after this term, you will be charged a penalty equal to 15% of the value of the returned product.

In any case:

A) Returns worth less than €10.00 will not be accepted
B) Returns of expressly ordered products are not accepted
C) The material must arrive in optimal conditions for its relocation for sale.
D) The material with boxes that are not intact or written (even if they were original or correspondence codes), damaged, opened or with signs of assembly will be returned with transport costs paid by the customer.


CASH RETURN (deposit):

The returned "carcass" intended for recovery must:

  1. Be returned, in the original and sealed box, no later than 3 (three) months from the date of purchase.
  2. The date of purchase must be indicated on the delivery note together with the progressive number of our sales DDT O FT
  3. It must be accompanied by our form "Acceptance of goods mod. 8.4-5” by completing the appropriate section
  4. The return document must include the actual item code (printed on the box).
  5. The returned carcasses received disassembled, rusted, damaged or that do not fall within the expected parameters, will be returned with transport costs borne by the customer or forcibly scrapped at our discretion, with no obligation to communicate and correspond to any amount.

 NB. It is understood that the accreditation of the casing will be subject to approval and relative accreditation by the supplier/manufacturer to the Ditex Group. Only once it has received accreditation from the supplier/manufacturer will the Ditex Group proceed to accredit the customer.

 
WARRANTY OR DEFECTIVE RETURN:

The return sent as a "warranty or defective" must:

  1. Receive within 30 days. from the date of notification of the defect, (defect to be described in detail by e-mail) and in any case within the commercial guarantee of 12 months from purchase.
  2. Be accompanied by the form "Acceptance of goods mod. 8.4-5” by completing the appropriate section, describing in detail the defect found.
  3. Returns of seized hydraulic heads are not accepted

BOSCH BRAND PRODUCT RETURN:

A) In addition to the product, all the additional documentation required by the parent company must be received, such as, for example, the vehicle's license plate or chassis number, a printout or photo of the computerized diagnosis.
B) In the event of non-compliance with the indications referred to in point 4, it will be at the discretion of Ditex srl to decide whether to return the goods, with diagnostic and transport costs to be borne by the customer, or to set aside the goods for a short period and then for scrapping/disposal.

 

 AFTER THE TECHNICAL DIAGNOSIS WILL FOLLOW:

A) Replacement of the item (based on stock availability) and recognition of the guarantee, in the event that the item itself presents a manufacturing defect. In case of unavailability, refund of the amount paid and credit note.
B) Scrapping of the article, without acknowledgment of guarantee, without refund of the amount paid and credit note, in the event that the same does NOT present manufacturing defects. In this case, the customer will receive a reasoned diagnosis technical report
C) Repair with replacement of components and return of the item, if the latter has repairable manufacturing defects, which do not require the complete replacement of the product

 IMPORTANT:

CUSTOMERS ARE INVITED TO WAIT FOR THE DIAGNOSTIC RESPONSE BEFORE TAKING ANY ACTION WITH THE END CUSTOMER (DIRECT REPLACEMENT, RETURN OF AMOUNTS, ETC. IT IS UNDERSTANDED THAT IF THE ITEM IS REPAIRED AND RETURNED, BUT IN THE MEANINGTIME THE CUSTOMER HAS PURCHASED THE NEW ITEM FROM DITEX, NEITHER THE NEW OR THE REPAIRED ITEM CAN BE RETURNED OR CLAIM A CREDIT NOTE.

 WE CLAIM THAT THE GUARANTEES OPERATE BY THE LAW RULES.
